Online payments: the money goes straight to your club's Stripe account. SmashBook charges a small fee only on bookings paid online (with a minimum per payment); there's no fee when customers pay at the club. Stripe's per-payment fees are paid by the club, separately.

FAQ
What clubs usually ask us
Do my customers need to install anything or create an account?
No. Your customers message the club's WhatsApp as usual. The dashboard is only for your team.
Can I use the WhatsApp number my club already has?
Yes. You connect your WhatsApp Business number from the dashboard and can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone at the same time.
What if the assistant doesn't know the answer?
It only answers with your club's data. If it doesn't know something it says so and, if you enable it, hands the conversation to your team, who see it in the dashboard inbox.
How do I get paid for bookings?
However you like: at the club, with optional online payment, or required payment in advance. Online payments go through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum) straight to your club's account.
Can I give members different prices?
Yes. You create membership types with their price per time slot and the assistant recognises each member by phone.
Can I bring my current customers?
Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file with your players and SmashBook detects duplicates.
Who can see my club's data?
Only your team, with the role you give them. Each club is isolated from the rest in the database and you can export your data whenever you want.
How much does SmashBook charge per online payment?
A fee per booking paid online: 1.5% (min. €0.20) + VAT on Basic and 0.75% (min. €0.10) + VAT on Ultimate. On a €18 court that is €0.27 or €0.14 + VAT. No fee when the customer pays at the club.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Pay monthly or yearly (2 months free), switch plans and cancel anytime from the panel. Your 14-day trial starts once your WhatsApp is live.
